We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for all the support
you have extended to us as our Monitor during the period of April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.
We are writing today to invite you to extend your monitoring period for another one year.

Information Sheet
Please read the “Outline of the Work of NHK WORLD RADIO JAPAN Technical Monitors” carefully.
If you are confident with the Monitor’s obligations and assignment indicated in the document,
and comfortable to consent to remain our Monitor for another year, please sign the “Letter of Agreement”
and submit the same and the completed Information Sheet to NHK’s Monitoring Section by the given deadlines as below:
Step 1. The executed Letter of Agreement (copy) via FAX or EMAIL by March 16, 2011
Step 2. The executed Letter of Agreement (original) and the completed Information Sheet
via AIR MAIL by March 25, 2011
Please note that in the event that the copy of the said Letter of Agreement does not reach us by March 16, 2011,
your monitoring period will not be extended. We sincerely hope that you will continue to support us as being our Monitor in the next coming period.
